Jason found his passion for fitness at the age of 15 and since then his passion has grown, becoming a certified personal trainer in 2002 and later adding further qualifications as an ITEC personal trainer and gym instructor with certifications in spinning, kettlebell, TRX and Boxercise. Jason competes as a natural bodybuilder and fitness model, and is considered one of the country’s top competitors.

Jason’s approach to training relies heavily on the fundamentals of functional training, incorporating movements from the activities of daily life and tailoring them to each individual. He aims to be adaptable with his programming to help find the types of exercise and lifestyle changes that are exciting and manageable, and that will forge a path for each client to achieve their goals, both physically and mentally. Jason believes that holistic wellness strategies are the best way to achieve and maintain a healthy body and mind, developing age–appropriate exercise plans that incorporate cardiovascular and strength training, with emphasis on weight loss, strength/conditioning, and lean muscles mass, whilst improving flexibility and mobility. Most importantly, he strives to provide clients with a positive and satisfying experience that inspire confidence in their personal ability to fulfil their health goals and take on the challenges they face on a day-to-day basis.  His ultimate goal is for everyone he works with to achieve success.
