Take your fitness journey to the next level with our small group Personal Training (“Specialized programs”).

They were created so clients could have an affordable solution to lose weight, build strength, lean muscle, and performance. They are designed to retain much of the personalized attention of One-on-one Training, but with the added benefits of team support and camaraderie.

The groups have up to 5 people, with our personal trainers guiding you two days per week through varying weightlifting and cardio exercises that will shape, build and sculpt your physique. Set and crush your own personal health goals with 24/7 access to your trainer and group members who will push and motivate you to become the best version of yourself possible.

Stronger Her

Stronger Her is an all-Women’s weights lifting small group PT, dedicated to building strength and confidence, while being surrounded by a community of empowering and supportive women, that will help keep you accountable in the areas of fitness, nutrition and mindset.

Legs, Bum, Tummy

This is an all-women’s fully toning specialize program, that focuses on area improvements, and consists of a variety of exercises such as crunches, squats and hip thrusters.
